Grapefruit Granite was the most amazing dessert that my friend and I had when we visited Jean-Georges restaurant in NYC earlier this year. It was so delicious and very refreshing. The grapefruit icy, vanilla meringue and tonic water jelly just go so well together. I decided to give this a try this weekend. It is quite simple and I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a great citrusy dessert for the summer….
